Our Statement Of Faith

- We believe the Bible is God's Word inspired by Him, and containing both the Truth and the Power of God.
- We believe there is only one God, He has existed forever and shows Himself to us in three ways: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
- We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God: fully God, fully man. He was miraculously born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and worked supernaturally in miracles and healing. He died in our place, and offers each man the forgiveness of their sins. He rose from the dead, returned to His Father, and will come again in power and glory to judge the nations and reward those who believe.
- We believe the Holy Spirit, sent to earth on the day of Pentecost, changes our hearts and gives life to our spirits when we accept the gift of salvation offered by Christ.
- We believe the Holy Spirit daily gives us power to live and act as Jesus would, and prompts us to repent when we fall short and sin.
- We believe the local church is for Christians to receive instruction and encouragement for their daily living and training to make disciples of all men.
- We believe in the eternal nature of the spirit of man, and that after death, we will either be forever separated from God in our unbelief, or forever rejoicing with Him because of His gift of salvation.
Plan of Salvation

- Admit you are lost without Christ and in need of a Savior.
"All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way" (Isaiah 53:6)
"Jesus said, 'Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God' " (John 3:5)
"For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God" (Romans 3:23)
- Believe that Jesus is God's Son and that He gave Himself in death on the cross as pardon for our sin.
"But as many as received Him to them gave he power to become as sons of God, even to them that believe on His Name." (John 1:12)
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved" (Acts 16:31)
- Confess Christ before others that He is Lord of your life and that He has forgiven you of sin through repentance and confession.
"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in Heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in Heaven." (Matt 10:32, 33)
"If thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thy heart that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shall be saved; for with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Rom. 10:9,10)
